How We Do it:

 

Empowered Solutions Collective works with your organization to identify and develop programming necessary in communities around the Midwest to enrich environmental and community resiliency. We can work with you at several phases of project development:

 

  • Concept Development - During project discovery, Empowered Solutions Collective gathers input from internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, needs, and pathways to solutions.

  • Project Formulation - Based on existing research or our prior discovery, we structure and scope project work, events, workshops, and future work phases to achieve the goals stated at project outset.

  • Project Activation - When you need an implementation partner, we source the right team members and put projects into action. We train and develop your internal team or find the right partners and run projects from start to finish.

  • Project Evaluation - Upon project completion, it can be important to bring on a third-party team to evaluate and assess performance against stated objectives. We develop and implement assessment programs to uncover successes and opportunities for future development.
